  • Describe the current landscape of recommending medical cannabis
  • Evaluate the evidence for treating patient conditions with medical cannabis
  • Discuss the pharmacology of cannabis and its effect on the endocannabinoid system
  • Analyze use disorders and other patient precautions for recommending medical cannabis
  • Analyze the effects of dosing and common delivery methods of medical cannabis
  • Examine Iowa-specific considerations for discussing medical cannabis
The state-specific portion of this course has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the New Mexico Medical Society (NMMS) through the joint providership of Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services (RMCHCS) and TMCIGlobal.
